People find it incredibly difficult to lose weight and improve fitness once they’ve got into the habit of overeating. It is a complex matter, but part of the problem is the fact that we all must eat to live and if you are someone who finds it hard to control how much you eat, the temptations are often too great. Ahhh the getting in shape. Good stuff here. The biggest secret there is to get that way off early, and stay fit. Much more simple to maintain it then to gain it back.
